He is survived by: his children, John De Boer (late Carol), Judy Ooms (Ken Ooms) and Jim De Boer (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kim Pedersen (late Rick), Tom De Boer (Leslie), Randy De Boer (Sheryl), Jodi Zandstra, Lisa Laud (late Chris), Jennifer Bultema (late Kevin), Joel Zandstra (Ashley), Eric De Boer (Sarah), Maria Darrow (Steve) and Jordan De Boer; and his brother William De Boer (Alvina). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
