He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia McCormick; his parents, Helen McCormick and Jerome McCormick; his children, Marie Agate (Randy), John Bajner, Vincent Bajner and Freddy McCormick (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chad, Joseph (Alison), Christopher (Jennifer), Jennifer, Tiffany, Randy, Sherry Agate, Ashley, Ariel, Vanessa, Vincent Jr., Benjamin Bajner, Matthew McCormick and Nicholas McCormick; his great grandchildren, Dominick Agate, Kyla Agate and Sophia Henley; and his sibling Eugene McCormick (Emily).
Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 in Jerome's name would be appreciated.
