She was predeceased by: her husband Wally; her son Gerard; her siblings, Marianne Piet (late Ed Pietrzyk) and Tom Patzin (late Carol); and her in-laws, Helen Clark (Clarence), Lucy Rachowicz (Joe), Frank Szymakowski (Beanie), Sophie Brozek (Chester) and Josef Szymakowski.
She is survived by: her children, Wally (Sandy), Rick (late Eileen), Marybeth Solomon (Mark), Tom, Martha Ann, David (Diana) and Julie Rico (Tony); and her grandchildren, Ron Simak (Julie), Jim Burdzinski (Brandi), Emily Simak, Elizabeth Simak (Ben Lustgarten), Sarah Michelson (Brandon), Margaret Burke (Josh), Kerry Murillo (Aurelio), Jessica Koval (Vitaly), Cameron Simak (Bridget), Nicholas Simak (Maddie Leary), Brandon Simak (Jen) and Sean Petit (Katie).
