She is survived by: her sons, John Capek (Donna Fernandez) and James Capek; her grandsons, Matthew (Kaitlin) and Jimmy (Ana); her great grandchildren, Cora Jean Capek, Josie Lynn Capek and Anarosa Capek; and her child-in-law Kim Capek.
