She is survived by: her children, Mary Hernandez (late Joe), Daniel Collins (Ann Marie), Patrice Collins and Sandy Boldyga; her grandchildren, Thomas Collins (Samantha), Tony Collins, Vicki Williams (Joseph), Matt Boldyga (Ashley), Alex Corwin (Keith), Joey Hernandez and Shannon Collins; and her great grandchildren, Ariel Perez, Jenelle Adams, Logan Adams, Cheyenne Adams, Riley Rose Boldyga, Addie Corwin and Joshua Collins.
