He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gerald, Jack, John, Joseph and Robert; his parents, John Osmolski and Dolores Osmolski; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Evelyn Ricci; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Jr. Ricci and Gerald Ricci.
He is survived by: his spouse Jan M. Osmolski; his children, Gail Emer, Victoria Lindamood, Jonathan Osmolski (Sarah) and Steven Osmolski; his grandchildren, Rebecca (Purna), Amelia, Madison, Zachary, Isabella, Celeste and Carter; and his sister-in-law Judith Ricci (Tom).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Julie Billiart Church (7399 W 159th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477). The military honors was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
