He was predeceased by: his daughter Rachel Black; and his parents, David Black and Nora Black. He is survived by: his children, Caleb Black (Fatma), Sarah Buroff (Elliot), Aaron Black (Lauren), Isaac Black (Sherine), Ethan Black (Hannah), Rebecca Black, Keren Black and Seth Black; his grandchildren, Raelyn, Samuel, Elanor, Nathan, Andrew, Anthony, Aria, Alexander and Charlotte; his siblings, David Black, John Black (Wanda), Gerald Black (late Tracy), Elizabeth Geoffrion (Ken) and Kathleen Harringer (Bob); and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Dorothy Easterhouse.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ashburn Baptist Church (15401 Wolf Rd, Orland Park, IL 60467). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
