He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Alice; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Medema (late Roger) and Henry Bos (Mary Lou). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. Zylstra; his sons, Timothy Zylstra (Shelly) and Robert Zylstra (Julie); his grandchildren, Timothy Jr., Elizabeth (Brandon), Ashley, Michael and Adrianna; his great grandchild Emerson; and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert Bos (Ruth) and Ilene Lenderink (Warren).
