He was predeceased by: his wife Marita; his parents, Raymond Rothgery and Helen Rothgery; his sister Helen Meister (late Larry); and his nephew Larry Meister.

He is survived by: his children, George Jr. Rothgery (Ivy) and Nicole Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jason and Kiera; and his nephew Jeffrey Meister (Barb).

Interment Abraham Lincoln National CemeteryIn lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warrior Project, P. O. 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 would be appreciated.
