He was predeceased by: his spouse Sarann Lubben; and his parents, George Sr. Lubben and La Verne Lubben. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Prochnow (Christopher) and Amanda Graczyk (Michael); his grandsons, James Prochnow and Andrew Graczyk; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Posthumus (late Jay).

Interment Abraham Lincoln National CemeteryIn lieu of flowers, donations to Tinley Park V.F.W. Post #2791, 17147 Oak Park Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477 would be appreciated.
