She was predeceased by: her husband Jack McCowan; her parents, John Gruszka and Augusta Gruszka; her siblings, Edward Gruszka, Bruno Gruszka, John Gruszka, Joseph Gruszka, Frank Gruszka, Helen Maciulewicz, Marie Brainerd and Claire Gruszka; her nephew Robert; and her niece Suzanne.
She is survived by: her nephews, Daniel and Jay.
