He was predeceased by: his grandson Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Beth Berenson (Jeff), Brenda Riddle (John), Timothy (late Dina), Gretchen Winner (Mike), Craig (Colleen), Leanne Beale (Mike) and Brad Widlacki (Natalie); his grandchildren, Rachel, Stephen, Brittany, Marissa, Nicole, Jennifer, Athena, Ian, Nick, Luke, Jay, Daulton, Kurtis, Alexis, Shea, Samantha, Isabel, Logan, Alexander, Brady, Tyler and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Emmi, Dylan, Declan, Lilia, Lukas, Lucy, Levi, Sloane, Savannah, Cameron, Cole, Delilah, Grace and Braycen; and his brother James Daley Jr..

Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (15050 Wolf Rd, Orland Park, IL 60467).
