“Ellen was a childhood friend since we were six years old, and our parents helped start up St Terrence Catholic Church in Alsip. A mutual friend of ours,, Dr Jim Geiger, was her foot surgeon. I know she is in a better place now and will not have any more medical pain. She will be sorely missed. You, your family and your sisters Karen and Robin are in my intentions and prayers.
