She is survived by: her husband Ronald Buglio; her children, Brian Buglio (Kim) and Carolyn Blaschek (Jim); her sister Constance Nesseth (Clinton); and her grandchildren, Makenna Buglio, Blake Buglio and Jayson Blaschek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

The family kindly requests those wishing to honor Deborah consider a donation to the Deborah L. Buglio Education Scholarship Fund in lieu of flowers.
