He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Michael Lee; and his parents, David E. Sr. Peters (late Theresa) and Millie Peters. He is survived by: his wife Maura; his children, Mike (Lauren), Sean, Mikella, Jamie, Carrie Warren (Chris), Paca of Addison and Michael; his grandson Lincoln; his mother-in-law Karen Lee; his sister-in-law Michelle Lee; and his siblings, Steve and Susan Kuligoski (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
