She was predeceased by: her grandson Tim Fisher (Katie); her parents, Andrew Hoekstra and Kate Hoekstra; and her siblings, Ellen Kooyenga, Cecelia Fennema, Ray Hoekstra and Joan VanBeveren (Neil Hoekstra).
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Fisher (John "Jack") and Mark Yunker (Heidi); her grandchildren, Lenee Hager (Patrick) and Doug Yunker (Lexi); and her great grandchildren, John, Alice, Charlotte, Sophia and Peyton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John's United Church of Christ, 11100 Second St., Mokena, IL 60448 are appreciated.
