He is survived by: his wife Erika; his child Nessa; his parents, Jean Athy and Brendan Athy; his siblings, Leah Siegert (Mike) and Derek Athy; his niece Lettie Jean; his parents-in-law, Carla and Jim Davi; his brother-in-law Matt Davi; and his grandparents, Mildred Athy, Mary "Bonnie" Fortier and Vincent Davi.
