She was predeceased by: her sons, Edward Brouwer and Craig Brouwer; her father Henry A. Ipema; and her brother Albert Ipema (Joyce). She is survived by: her husband Edward G. Brouwer; her children, Tina Bruinius (Timothy), Bryan Brouwer (Catherine), Nathan Brouwer (Melissa), Dawn Sellers (James) and Adam Brouwer; her grandchildren, Tyler, Zoe (Joshua), Benjamin (Shelby), Craig, Aiden, Noah, Reese, Devyn and Ian; her mother Minnie Ipema; and her siblings, Barbara Swanson (Charles), Andrew Ipema (Rita) and John Ipema (Julie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
