She is survived by: her husband Brian; her sons, Paul Sleboda (Shannon) and Mike Sleboda (Jessica); her grandchildren, Alexis and Fallon; her siblings, JoAnne Gruber (Bob), Billy Carson (Diana) and Suzie Menke (Larry); and her sister-in-law Marlene (Pedretti).
