She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas J. Knight; her children, Thomas Knight (Wendy), Jim Knight (Lisa), Maureen Knight and Andrew Knight; her grandchildren, Bobby, Jack, Leo, Sean, Christine, Matthew, Anne, Andrew, Olivia and Dani; her brother John Hodgman; and her sister-in-law Christine Hodgman.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home - Orland Park (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home (9000 W 151st St, Orland Park, IL 60462). A Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Michael Church (14327 Highland Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462).
