He was predeceased by: his spouse Julia; his children, Theresa Baker and Arthur III Baker (Eileen Schmutz); and his sibling Robert. He is survived by: his children, Steven Baker (Deborah), Timothy Baker, Patrick Baker (Alicia), Julia Maratea (Michael), Robert Baker and James Baker (Sabrina); and his siblings, George, Sharon, Michael, Jean, Raymond, Ronald, James and Dorothy.

Interment St. Mary Cemetery In lieu of flowers, donations to Mount Carmel High School, 6410 S. Dante Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637 would be appreciated.
