He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barley and Patricia Barley; and his brother Mark Barley (Stacey). He is survived by: his spouse Niccolette; and his siblings, John Barley (Blanca), Patricia Gantert (Dennis) and Raymond Barley (Leslie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
