It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Florence Jozwiak (Orland Hills, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Jozwiak; her parents, John Kozak and Veronica Kozak; and her siblings, Lottie Marek, Jean Mullner, Joseph Kozak and Henry Kozak.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Alexander, Jim Jozwiak (Leah) and Lee Jozwiak (Esther); her grandchildren, Brittany Cotto, Nicholas Jozwiak, Kelly Jozwiak, Leslie Potete (Steve) and John Jozwiak; her great grandchildren, Jaden Potete, Tristan Potete, Carson Jozwiak, Lily Jozwiak and Jackson Jozwiak; her sister Theresa Noworul; and her niece Mona Marek. She is also survived by other niece and nephews.
