She is survived by: her husband Mike Coughlin; her children, Kelly Ciprian (Dan), Jenny Coughlin, Sandra Reihel (Matt), Mike Jr. Coughlin (Julie Thamm), Shari Cholke (Brandon) and Todd Coughlin (Kaitlyn); and her siblings, Shari Kujawa, Ed Kujawa (Pat) and Mike Kujawa (Pam).
