He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph and Mary Pauline; his son Marty; and his in-laws, Carol Graf-Leake and Joe Graf.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sons, Joe (Jennifer), Dan (Meg), Ken (Erin) and Tim (Jenna); his grandchildren, Sarah, Kate, Grace, Ben, Luke, Micah, Brynne, Leo and Cora; his siblings, Jim (Donna) and Paulette Havlin (James); and his siblings-in-law, Fran Warner, Ron Graf, Judy Larson (Swede), Charlie Graf (Jennifer), Gloria Coughlin (Dan) and Christine Arvans.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's name (Joseph L. Regan) to Misericordia and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
