She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sexton and Catherine Sexton; and her brothers, Danny, James and Patrick.

She is survived by: her husband Elroy J. Dowling; her children, Kathleen Cappel (Ed), James Dowling, Michael Dowling (Ellen), Paul Dowling and Annamarie Dowling; her grandchildren, Michelle, Brian, Ashley, Patrick and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Becker, Brecken, Bodie and Maggie.
