It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Shinn of Orion, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Bill Doxsee. She is survived by: her mother Frances Doxsee (Viscioni); her husband Ron; her children, JoAnn Shinn, Jasen Shinn and Ron Shinn, Jr. (Tiffiny); and her siblings, Nancy Humphrey (Mike), Pam Williams and John Doxsee (Renee). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
