Daniel R. Keleher Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel R. Keleher of Orion, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel P. Keleher and Helen Keleher (Krantz); and his grandson Nicholas Reid Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Brad Keleher (Theresa), Dr. Angela Keleher (Don Barbarino) and Christine Mitchell (David); his grandchildren, Daniel D. Mitchell (Katherine) and Jillian Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Nora Mitchell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Esterdahl Mortuary (1301 4th St, Orion, IL 61273). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Orion or the Orion American Legion Post 255.
