She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Starnes and Mary Starnes (Perkins); her siblings, Harry Owsley Jr. and Ruth Lee; her niece Ruth Ann McVey; her nephew Joseph (Irvin); and her sister-in-law Evelyn Owsley.
She is survived by: her friend Amy Ramirez (Shirley Neves); her nieces and nephews, Phyllis, Joe Bowers, Janet, Virgil Zachary, Jed Owsley, Nancy Owsley, Wayne, Beverly Irvin, Ron, Ollie Lee, Michael Lee, Rita and Doyle Mills; her cousin Lonnie Owsley; and her pets, Snow and Sophie. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
