He is survived by: his children, Carl Foster Jr., Charles Bowers Jr., Lola Swann and Rebecca Frazer (Jamison); his grandchildren, Brittany, Bridgette, Shaye, Kelsey, Keelie, Rodney, George Jr., Courtney, Everlyn, BoBo, Robert, River, Braxton, Carley, Devin, Ivory, Taylor and Michael; and his siblings, Floyd Bowers (Velma) and June Owsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
