It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor F. Heather (Oregon, Illinois), born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde Young and Judy Jaeger; and his pet Reno. He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Alaniz of Mt. Morris and Victor Heather of Oregon; his siblings, Tasha Jenkins (Buddy) of Oregon, Michael Ramsey (Bethany) of Everett Washington, Sharon Ruter (Kyle) of Mt. Morris and Mammo Joanne Young; his nieces, Reiannah, Aubrey and Sadie Mae; and his nephew Liam. He is also survived by numerous cousins and uncles.
A memorial fund is established in Victor Heather's name and may be directed to his family.
