She was predeceased by: her brother Kenneth Ray Bartlett II. She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Bartlett II (Zita) and Kimberly Bartlett (Hensley); her husband Jordan Lopez; her children, Hunter Carmona, Braxtyn Lopez, Levi Lopez and Kaydence West; her siblings, Abby Bartlett (JT) and Charles Bartlett; and her sister-in-law Amy Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for her children's care.
