We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 79, Patricia Oltmanns of Oregon, Illinois, born in Dixon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Albert" and LaVonne "Babe" Schmidt (Frey); her husband Richard K. Oltmanns; and her brother Ron Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Oltmanns of Dixon, Kevin Oltmanns (Heidi) of Byron and Kathy Snodgrass of Chana; her brothers, Richard Schmidt of Mt. Morris and Gary Schmidt (Ann) of Sterling; her grandchildren, Amber DeVries (Timm) of Davis Junction, Zachary Oltmanns (Erika) of Davis Junction, Molly Mattus (Josh) of Omaha, Mathew Oltmanns of Oregon and Brandon Snodgrass of Dixon; and her great grandchildren, Thea, Arlo, Jace, Remington, Kinley, Cooper and Daxton.
