She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Reynolds and Carolyn Reynolds (French); her son Jay; and her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her daughter Carolee James (Michael) of Dixon; her daughter-in-law Laura Medlar Mt; her granddaughter Natalie Coy (Jeremy) of Mt. Morris; and her great grandchild Harmony Huseman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is established in Patricia Medlar's name for the Serenity Hospice and Home, 1658 Illinois Route 2 South, Oregon, IL 61061.
