He is survived by: his wife Audrey Macak of Oregon; his children, Kevin Macak (Sharon) of Westmont and Kathleen York (Mark) of Oregon; his grandchildren, Michael Macak, Douglas Macak, Mitchell Macak and Leny York; his great grandchildren, Brody and Beckham Macak; and his siblings, William Macak (Linda) of Hoffman Estates, Lyndon Macak (Judy) of Wood Dale, Joan Karpel of Tucson, AZ, Billie Marie Fuller of Tucson, AZ and Jacqueline Bird (Ken) of Smyrna, TN..
