Joseph C. Baker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 79, Joseph C. Baker of Oregon, Illinois, born in Dixon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Baker and Alice J. Baker (Schwab); his son Ronald Dale Baker; and his brother C. David Baker. He is survived by: his wife Marian Maas of Oregon; his son Dr. Steve Baker (Shauna Roberts) of Oregon, IL; his grandchildren, Kaleb Baker of Springfield, IL and Kaitlyn Hofer (Robert) of Fort Collins; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Baker-Holm (Pete) of Oregon, IL. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A private funeral service will be held at the Lighthouse United Methodist Church, no visitation at this time due to Covid restrictions, Private burial will be at the Lighthouse Cemetery.

A memorial fund is established for the Oregon High School Future Farmer's of America Dept.
