He is survived by: his sons, Bill Spencer (Stephanie) of Mt Morris and Robert Spencer (Ashley) of St Louis; his siblings, Skip Lewis, Jay Lewis, Sherri Miller, Margaret "Sissy" Roos and Jesse Davis; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Sonny, Charlie Ann, Ramona and Margo.
