Jean E. Bolthouse Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean E. Bolthouse of Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin "Kappy" and Elizabeth "Betty" Kappenman (DeMurray); her husband Henry "Hank" Bolthouse; her sons, Eugene, Dennis and Irvin; and her granddaughter Katie.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Hufford and Gary Bolthouse; and her grandchildren, Steve, Scott, Bradley Lawrence, Darcie Bettner, Maggie Stalzer, Trevor and Dirk Bolthouse. She is also survived by Her grandchildren made her a Great-grandma.
Due to Covid-19 restriction, private graveside services will be held at Daysville Cemetery with Pastor Megan Smick of Oregon United Methodist Church presiding.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jean's name may be made to either Village of Progress, Oregon or Oregon United Methodist Church.
