James B. Skarda Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2022, at the age of 94, James B. Skarda of Oregon, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Skarda and Marcella Skarda (Hanek); his wife Nancy Marshall; and his brothers, Darryl and Adrian.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn McKay of Wheaton, Jim Skarda, Jr. (Shirley) of Canadian Lakes, MI, Julie Skarda (Ellen Byrne) of Maple Park, JoEllen Vanderpool (Dave) of Lake Helen, FL, Janette Skarda (Chris Burzio) of Hood River, OR, Jeffrey Skarda (Helene) of Indialantic, FL and Jack Skarda (Deidre) of West Melbourne, FL; and his sister Joyce Dannehy (Jim) of Canyon Lake, TX. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's name may be made to the Rock River Senior Center.
