Darrell J. Bauer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell J. Bauer of Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August Bauer and Catherine Bauer (Bauer); and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his children, Trudy Whalen (Mike), Todd Bauer (Roxanne), Cathy Wehmhoefer, Suzanne Rypkema (Steve), James Bauer (Wendy), Tony Bauer (Monette), Brent Bauer and Bob Palmer (Karen); his wife Cleo; his brother Glenn Bauer (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, Erika Bauer, Darlene C. Bauer, Zeldean Paskiewicz and Rick Scharr (Marie). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Oregon with Rev. Joseph Naill, pastor, as Celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
