She was predeceased by: her parents, Griffith Isaac and Sarrah Lucille Davis (Miler); her husband Jack Miles Crystal; and her brother Warren. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Miles Crystal (Hilda) of Oreana, IL and Lori Ann Slade (Tim) of Oreana, IL; her grandchildren, Kindle Murphy (Kyle) of Indianapolis, IN, Miles Crystal (Megan) of Decatur, Noel Crystal (Christine) of Stoughton, WI and Sean Crystal (Amanda) of Decatur; her stepgrandchild Juli McComas (Ian) of Kailua-Kona, HI; her great grandchildren, Jamie Crystal, Karter Murphy, Jack Crystal, Kori Ann Murphy, Nathan Crystal and Evelyn Crystal; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kenyon Murphy, Aidan Murphy, Slade McComas and Brock McComas.
