We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Kim L Sloan of Oreana, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Gehl and Anna Marie Tucker (Tabor); and her brother Gehl Tucker (Joan) of Flagstaff, AZ. She is survived by: her husband William Sloan Jr. of Oreana; her children, Kristina Sommer (Mike) of Long Creek and Brandon Sloan (Lora) of Mt. Zion; her grandchildren, Cade, Karsyn, Ella and Avery; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle Ater (Curtis), Diana Burcham (Brian), Steve Horve (Tina) and Jeff Horve (Michelle).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Concordia Lutheran Church or American Diabetes Association.
