He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard C. Bramer and Beverly J. Bramer (Rupp); his wife Debra "Debbie" Shaffer of Oreana; his son Joshua Bramer (Vicki); and his siblings, Susan Smith (Phil) of Decatur, Nancy Osborne (Larry) of Forsyth and Brian Bramer (Janet) of Decatur. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
