It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delbert L. Foat of Orangeville, Illinois, born in Gotham, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foat and Vera Foat (Schliem); his wife Evelyn Baysinger; and his siblings, Duane, Darrell and Darlene.
He is survived by: his children, Galen Foat (Carolyn) of Webb City, Merlyn Foat (Linda) of Freeport and Susan Hernandez (Damon) of Mesquite, Texas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 (soon to be 11) great-grandchildren.
