William E. Hays Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Hays of Oquawka, Illinois, born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delven William and Eula Grace Hays (McPherren); and his son-in-law Richie Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Marilee S. Lubke of Oquawka; his children, Melanie Williamson of Oquawka, Stacey Beaulieu (Eric) of East Moline and Jeremy Hays (Mindy) of Lampasas; and his siblings, Judy Norman (Ron), David Hays (Elizabeth) and Delven C. Hays (Betty Jean). He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
