He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Shinberger, Sr. and Bettie Lee Shinberger (Huss); his wife Connie Sue Jones of Oquawka, IL; his children, William Todd Shinberger (Kim) of Oquawka, IL and Amy Sue Shinberger of Oquawka, IL; his grandsons, Zachary Shinberger, Caleb Shinberger and Clyde Siegfried; his great grandchild Eloise Hazel Siegfried; and his siblings, Orion Joseph "Tuffy" Shinberger, Jr., Earl Shinberger, Linda Brownlee and Patricia Olson. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nephews, and close friends.
