She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Lynn and Alice Lucille Hagaman (Hall); her husband George H. Olson, Jr.; her brothers, Ronnie and Jerry; and her son-in-law Russell Calkins.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Calkins of Oquawka, George Olson III (Brenda) of Oquawka and John Olson (Lyndsay) of Biggsville; her grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Ashley, Mackenzie, George IV, Jacob, Christopher, Vivian and Kaylyn; and her sisters, Arletta Norman and Nancy Kunishige. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Oquawka Methodist Church.
