He is survived by: his granddaughters, Ashley Taylor of Galesburg and Heather Markley of Avon; his siblings, Barbara Benge (Irvin) of Sciota, Danny Simpson (Patricia), Richard Simpson (Sandra) of Bushnell and Donald Simpson; and his niece Ann DeJaynes. He is also survived by nephews, aunts, cousins.
