Blakley; her children, Crystal Bercaw (Bill) of Springfield, Cindy Erdman (John) of Willow City, Jim Blakley (Dianna) of Anchorage and Darren Blakley (Leann); and her siblings, Shirley Herbert (Dave) of St. Joseph, Missouri, Carole Helle of Seattle, Washington, Sheri Sisk (Ron) of Gravois Mills, Missouri, Margaret Miller (Don) of McFall and Ted Turner (Deb) of Springdale. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
