She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Turner and Doyne Wiegert Turner; her husband Benjamin Bruner; and her sisters, Jeanie Stake and LaWanda Krohn.

She is survived by: her former husband Richard Algren; her brother James Turner (Trudy) of Knoxville, Illinois; her sons, Barry Algren (Denise) of Sherrard and Perry Algren (Dina) of Helena, Alabama; her grandchildren, Tabitha Baker (Brent), Brandon Algren (Amanda), Shane Algren (Alyssa), Lindsay Bayer (Christopher), Zachary, Madilyn and Mason Algren; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Hubbard, Avalynn, Bennett Algren and Stella Bayer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
